From yesterday to today...
The first vines were planted in 1558 on the land of "Caussapé", which is expressed as "Cauhapé" in local language. For some years now, we have been exploring the forgotten grape varieties camaralet and lauzet, which ennoble dry wines. Our wines have now reached a high level of authenticity.
